Their FSA register number is 305697. Their permitted business is advising on, arranging and assisting in the administration of non-investment (General) insurances.
We do not charge a fee for our services.

About your Insurance...
This insurance policy is underwritten by the Association of Underwriters known as Lloyd’s, led by Syndicate 5000. The insurance certificate/schedule will show the full cover provided, the following is a summary of the main benefits, applicable to each Insured Person:
Section A: Cancellation and Curtailment up to £3,000
Section B: Medical Expenses up to £5,000,000
Section C: Hospital Benefit £20 per day up to max £600
Section D:
Personal Effects up to £3,000
Each Article/Set up to £200
Valuables Limit up to £200
Travel Documents up to £200
Delayed Baggage up to £200
Section E:
Personal Money up to £300
Cash Limit (age 18 and above) up to £150
Cash Limit (age under 18) up to £100
Section F1: Travel Delay £20 for first 12 hours thereafter £10 for additional 12 hours max £200
Section F2: Holiday Abandonment up to £3000
Section G: Hijack £50 per day up to max
Section H: Missed Departure up to £500
Section I:
Personal Accident up to £25,000
Loss of limbs or sight up to £25,000 (age 18-64)
Permanent Total Disablement up to £25,000 (age 18-64)
Death Benefit up to £25,000 (age 18-64)
Death Benefit under 18 up to £2500
Persons over 65 and over all benefits up to £1000
Section J: Personal Liability up to £2,000,000
Section K: Legal Expenses up to £10,000
Winter Sports Cover - only available upon payment of additional premium or when an Annual Multi Trip is effected
Section L:
Ski Equipment Owned up to £500
Single Item Limit up to £200
Section M: Ski Hire £20 per day up to £400
Section N: Ski Pack £30 per day up to £300
Section O: Piste Closure £30 per day up to £300
Section P: Avalanche Closure up to £500
Optional Golf Cover only available upon payment of additional premium
Section Q:
Golf Equipment up to £1000
Single Item Limit up to £500
Section R:
Hired Golf Equipment up to £500
Single Item Limit up to £250
Section S: Green Fees up to £300
Optional Business Cover only available upon payment of additional premium
Section T:
Business Equipment up to £2000
Single Item Limit up to £500
Section U: Additional Personal Accident Benefit Normal benefit x 2
The first £50 will be deducted from all claims in respect of Sections A , B, D, E, F2, H, L, P, Q, R, and T. In respect of Sections J and K the first £250 will be deducted from all claims. It should be noted that, where an incident gives rise to a claim under more than one section, deductions still apply to each section individually.
Cancellation...
This insurance may be cancelled within 14 days from its start date (the date you purchased it). You must notify Netcoverdirect within 14 days of the insurance’s start date and will receive a full refund of premium, providing that a claim does not exist and that travel has not taken place.
If you wish to cancel this insurance after the end of the 14-day cooling-off period, there will be no refund of premium.

Compensation...
Netcoverdirect, Status Insurance Management Ltd and Lloyd’s insurers are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the Scheme if your intermediary or a Lloyd’s insurer is unable to meet its obligations to you under this contract. If you were entitled to compensation under the Scheme, the level and extent of the compensation would depend on the nature of this contract. Further Information about the Scheme is available from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (7th floor Lloyd’s Chambers, Portsoken Street, London E1 8BN) and on their website: www.fscs.org.uk

Complaints that cannot be resolved by the Complaints Department at Lloyd’s may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Further details will be provided at the appropriate stage of the complaints process.
This complaint procedure is without prejudice to your right to take legal proceedings.
Main Exclusions (This is not an exhaustive list. A copy of the full contract of insurance can be accessed on the Homepage selecting 'Policy Wordings')
Applicable to all sections of this Insurance:
* War and radiation risks
* Any expenses resulting from HIV or AIDS
* Deliberate exposure to exceptional danger except in an attempt to save human life
* Intentional self-injury, suicide or attempted suicide, sexually transmitted disease, use of alcohol or drugs
* Mountaineering, rock climbing, caving, pot-holing or riding or driving in any kind of race, hang-gliding, micro-lighting, parachuting, bungee-jumping
* Engaging in manual work
* Previously diagnosed psychiatric or mental disorder, anxiety, stress or depression
* Engaging in an illegal or criminal act
Additional exclusions applicable to Medical and Additional Expenses (Section B of the Policy Wording)
* Costs of in-patient hospitalisation or repatriation not pre-authorised by Global Assistance Ltd
* Pregnancy and childbirth known at time of booking
* Pregnancy and childbirth after 26 weeks of gestation where the pregnancy was not diagnosed until after the date of booking
* Costs for any health condition known to exist at the start of a trip including any continuing medication
* Medical expenses incurred after return to your country of residence
* Costs in respect of treatment, which in the opinion of Global Assistance Ltd, could have been delayed until return to the United Kingdom
Additional exclusions applicable to Cancellation and Curtailment (Section A of the Policy Wording)
* Costs related to any health condition known to exist at the start of a trip
* Any condition or set of circumstances known to exist at inception date of the insurance or time of booking a trip which could reasonably have been expected to cause the trip to be cancelled or curtailed
* Cancellation of a trip due to failure to check-in properly or due to any of your contractual liabilities
* Claims due to your failure to obtain correct inoculations, vaccinations or visas
Additional exclusions applicable to Baggage, Personal effects and Money (Sections D of the Policy Wording)
* Loss of personal effects, travel cheques or money if left unattended
* Loss of personal effects taken from an unattended motor vehicle, unless taken forcibly from a locked boot between 8am and 8pm
* Damage to property by moth or vermin, wear and tear, electrical breakdown or derangement
* Money or valuables lost or stolen if not reported to the police within 24 hours and a written statement obtained
* Property lost or damaged when held by a carrier unless reported to the carrier within 24 hours
* Property confiscated by customs
* Jewellery, valuables, travellers cheques or money left in the custody of a person who has official responsibility for its safekeeping
* Property already insured elsewhere
